根据《消费者权益法》《产品质量法》、《商标法》等相关规定对在商品中掺杂、掺假，以假充真，以次充好，或者以不合格商品冒充合格商品的；生产国家明令淘汰的商品或者销售失效、变质的商品的；伪造商品的产地，伪造或者冒用他人的厂名、厂址，篡改生产日期，伪造或者冒用认证标志等质量标志的；销售的商品应当检验、检疫而未检验、检疫或者伪造检验、检疫结果的；在产品中掺杂、掺假，以假充真，以次充好，或者以不合格产品冒充合格产品的，责令停止生产、销售，没收违法生产、销售的产品；都要求对以上产品进行安全销毁。主要工商、公安、商务、质监、食药等执法部门对制造侵权商品、伪造注册商标标识除给予经济和刑事处罚外，对假冒伪劣产品统一进行安全、环保化销毁。
